1. Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd gam platform and all its related services, products, and features. When you register, log in, or use any service on bd gam, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.1 Age Restriction

All services on bd gam are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are over 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and if any such information is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately.

1.2 Geographic Applicability

This platform operates targeting users in Bangladesh. If the provision of services in a particular region is subject to restrictions, users in that region are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. bd gam accepts no liability in this regard.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To open an account on bd gam, a member must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is prohibited.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and other details provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date.
bd gam may at any time request documents necessary for identity verification.
If false information is provided, the authority has the right to suspend or cancel the account.
Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and do not share your login details with anyone.

2.2 Account Security

The member is personally responsible for any unauthorized activity on their account, unless it is proven that the security issue was caused by a technical fault on the bd gam platform. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately via 24/7 live chat or email.

2.3 Closing an Account

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may submit a request to the support team. All balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed. However, if an active bonus has not yet met its wagering requirement, that portion of the bonus may be forfeited.

3. Terms on Deposits and Withdrawals

For financial transactions on the bd gam platform, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks) are available. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The payment method used for a deposit is given priority when processing a withdrawal.
The mobile banking or bank account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be flagged as suspicious.
If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact the support team with proof of the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A successful withdrawal generally takes 5 to 30 minutes to complete. Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account verification is complete and any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. If wagering requirements for a bonus are not fulfilled, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

3.3 Transaction Records

Detailed records of all financial transactions on the bd gam platform are kept. In the event of any dispute, these records will be treated as conclusive evidence. Members can view their own transaction history from their account.

4. Terms on Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from bd gam are provided based on specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to the associated terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

Weekly bd gam Deposit Festival: 50% bonus up to ৳10,000, wagering 15 times, minimum deposit ৳300.
bd gam Slots Fun Bonus: 30% bonus up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times, for slot games only.
Cricket Season Extra Benefit: 25% bonus up to ৳6,000, wagering 12 times, for cricket betting.
bd gam Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳2,000, wagering 10 times, awarded automatically.
Refer a Friend and Play bd gam: up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, wagering 8 times.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member abuses the bonus system or attempts to collect extra bonuses through multiple accounts, bd gam reserves the right to cancel those bonuses and suspend the account.

5. VIP Program and Cashback Terms

bd gam's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

5.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates

Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

5.2 Cashback Example

For example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

5.3 Tier Change Conditions

VIP tier upgrades depend on consistent account activity and evaluation by bd gam. The authority reserves the right to modify or reassess the VIP program terms at any time. A member's VIP tier may be downgraded due to inactivity or a breach of the rules.

6. Terms on Responsible Gaming

bd gam believes that betting and casino games should be enjoyed for entertainment purposes only. If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their personal or financial life, they are encouraged to learn about responsible gaming guidelines and limit-setting options.

6.1 Self-Exclusion Option

Members may request that their account be suspended for a specified period. This option is available through the support team. bd gam will not accept requests to reactivate an account before the self-exclusion period has ended.

6.2 Deposit and Bet Limits

7. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Activities

All content on the bd gam platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected under the authority's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any of this content without permission is prohibited by law.

Attempting to find or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
Using computer programs or bots to place bets automatically.
Attempting to access another member's information or account without authorization.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Harassing or disrespecting bd gam staff.
Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, bd gam may immediately cancel the account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and take necessary action under applicable law.

9. Technical Issues and Liability Disclaimer

bd gam strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, network issues, or unexpected technical faults. bd gam will not be held liable for any losses arising from such situations.

9.1 Game Errors

If a technical fault in a game produces an abnormal or incorrect result, bd gam reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wager. In the event of any technical issue, the log records of the game studio supplying the game will be considered final.

9.2 Internet Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during play, the result of the active bet as recorded on the server will be considered final. bd gam is not responsible for losses caused by issues with a member's own device or internet connection.

For any dispute or complaint, first notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. bd gam will review the matter and attempt to provide a resolution. In all disputes, bd gam's decision will be considered final, though it will be made on reasonable grounds and based on available evidence.

10.1 Complaint Submission Deadline

Complaints regarding any transaction or game-related dispute must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this deadline may not be considered.

11. Changes to Terms and Termination

11.1 Changes to Terms

bd gam may amend these Terms at any time for applicable reasons. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

11.2 Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time — the member by closing their account, and bd gam by cancelling an account due to a breach of terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as indemnity, dispute resolution, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

11.3 Law and Jurisdiction

These terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
